1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, subscribe, participate in any interactive features of our services, fill out a form, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.
The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide.
For Reddit Finder specifically: We do not collect, store, or send any personal data. Your searches and activity stay private. Saved posts are kept only in your browser's local storage and are never sent anywhere else. You can export/import these posts as CSV files. No analytics, ads, tracking scripts, or cookies of any kind are used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services;
- Process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations and invoices;
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests, and provide customer service;
- Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by us and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services;
- Personalize and improve the services and provide advertisements, content, or features that match user profiles or interests.
For Reddit Finder specifically: Since we don't collect your data, we don't use it for any of the above purposes. The extension uses Reddit's public API to show posts and comments and uses your browser's local storage to save your preferences and posts if you use the save feature.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
For Reddit Finder specifically: Your data (saved posts, preferences) is stored locally in your browser. You have full control over this data, including the ability to export it or clear it.
5. Your Rights
You may have certain rights regarding your personal information, subject to local data protection laws. These may include the rights to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information.
For Reddit Finder specifically: You have full control over your locally stored data. You can clear all your saved data at any time from within the extension or browser settings. Our code is also open for review for transparency.
